Strong and Sexy – These workouts focus on strength training to get you stronger, tone the wobbly bits, give you more definition and change your shape.
Tummy and Tush Tighteners – This half an hour class is a complete core workout – the powerhouse of your body. This will help minimise back pain, flatten your tummy and give your butt a lift.
Killer Cardio – get your heart racing and adrenaline pumping. In these sessions we put the fat on the fire, burn serious calories and super charge your fitness
BoxFit – float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. In this class you’ll not only get the best upper body workout, but you will improve your agility, movement, coordination and speed.
HIIT – high intensity interval training – not for the faint of heart but for the big of heart. Short bursts of intensity followed by recoveries, ideal for those who want to get fit fast! You won’t burn calories; you’ll incinerate them!
