Why you should train with me?

There are so many gyms, health clubs and personal trainers out there, it can be hard to decide which one is right for you. Ultimately it comes down to who is going to be the best person to help you achieve your fitness goals in the safest and most enjoyable environment.

 

My specialty is providing you with a variety of simple yet challenging cardio and strength sessions based on great technique to keep the exercises safe and effective. I will also educate you on diet and nutrition to give you the confidence, knowledge and skills to make healthy choices in your day to day life.

 

So ask yourself these questions:

 

Has it been years or you simply can’t remember the last time you did any exercise?

You want to get fitter and stronger but the last time you did any training was in high school. You would love to improve your fitness but need a helping hand to get you started and guide you along the way.

 

Have you been a member of a gym and didn’t enjoy the experience?

You actually joined a gym in the past but you didn’t go very often, you didn’t feel comfortable training there or you didn’t get the results you wanted. You want to begin training again but not at a gym or with a group of strangers as you want a more personal experience.

 

Do you have a special event coming up?

Perhaps you are getting married and want to look your best on your special day. Or maybe you have a big holiday planned and want to get in better shape so you can be more active while you are travelling.

 

Were you told by your friends, family or a doctor to get in shape?

You may have let the weight slowly creep up over the years or maybe you had a baby a while back and you need to shed the extra kilos (having lost 10 kilos myself, I know how hard the journey can be). You also need advice with your diet and how it can be improved so you lose the weight and keep it off.
