Class Descriptions

Strong and Sexy – These workouts focus on strength training to get you stronger, give you more definition and change your body shape.

Killer Cardio – get your heart racing and adrenaline pumping. In these sessions we put the fat on the fire, burn serious calories and super charge your fitness.

BoxFit – float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. In this class you’ll not only get the best upper body workout, but you will improve your agility, movement, coordination and speed.

HIIT – high intensity interval training – not for the faint of heart but for the big of heart. Short bursts of intensity followed by recoveries, ideal for those who want to get fit fast! You won’t burn calories; you’ll incinerate them!

Running Club – a 30 to 40 minute run around the local area to strengthen your heart, joints, legs and butt. Lose weight, reduce stress, improve your mood and add years to your life (days/times held will vary depending on demand).

All sessions (except Running Club) are held in the great outdoors at Harry Noble Reserve in Erskineville.
