Shadow Boxing Circuit – float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. In this class you’ll not only get the best upper body workout, but you will improve your agility, movement, coordination and speed.

HIIT – high intensity interval training – not for the faint of heart but for the big of heart. Short bursts of intensity followed by recoveries, ideal for those who want to get fit fast! You won’t burn calories; you’ll incinerate them!

Running Club – a 30 to 40 minute run around the local area to strengthen your heart, joints, legs and butt. Lose weight, reduce stress, improve your mood and add years to your life!
